Yes. Our offices are in London, New York and Toronto, and about a fifth of our clients are elsewhere — mostly Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Singapore and Australia. We do discovery in person where we can and remotely where we can't. Data residency is arranged per client; the security note below has the detail.

Yes, and we'd expect to. Your IT team or managed service provider keeps ownership of identity, devices and the DMS. We build against what they already run — iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft 365, single sign-on — and document everything so they can support it. We join their change-control process; we don't ask them to join ours.

Discovery is a fixed fee, typically £12–18k depending on how many workflows and systems are involved. It covers 2–3 weeks of shadowing the team, a mapped workflow and a working prototype in your real documents. If you go ahead with the build, the fee is credited against it. If you don't, you keep the prototype and the write-up.
